We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Architect with a solid background in Engineering applications related to CAD and PDM / PLM to join our global client.

This role is crucial for advancing their engineering applications and playing a key part in implementing new systems.

Working closely with the Solutions Architect in the IT division, you will ensure the successful implementation and integration of new engineering applications globally, with a focus on data migration.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Enhance product data quality in CAD and PDM / PLM.
  • Establish and uphold product data standards for CAD, PDM / PLM.
  • Assess current product data quality and create plans for enhancements.
  • Prioritize data enhancements based on business requirements and risks.
  • Audit CAD files and PDM vault contents, reporting discrepancies and required actions.
  • Assist operating companies in preparing their product data for migration to the global PDM platform.
  • Generate and present data quality reports as requested by management.
  • Ensure data readiness for integration into the new PLM PDM CAD structure.

Required Experience:

  • Knowledge of partcentric product data management best practices.
  • Handson experience in enhancing product data for business advantages.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, cleaning, and ETL tools usage.
  • Previous involvement in CAD PDM PLM projects for deployment or enhancement.
  • Experience in product development within a multinational engineering organization.
  • Exposure to mCAD, eCAD, and Software Development areas.
