Depot Manager

We are currently seeking a Depot Manager to become part of our team working on the Openreach Contract situated at our Basingstoke Depot.

Location: Basingstoke, England - completely site-based

Contract: Fixed Term Contract - Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing day-to-day depot operations, including safety protocols, equipment maintenance, and facilities management.
  • Communicating with clients for site visits, conducting inspections, and upholding high safety, health, and environmental standards.
  • Managing stock ordering, allocation, and control processes, as well as supervising reports on usage, costs, and loss.
  • Supervising and guiding the stores team, ensuring compliance with regulations, and keeping equipment and facilities in optimal condition.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar construction delivery depot role, involving costing and quality stock assurance
  • CSCS Site Manager certification
  • A valid UK driving licence
