The opportunity:

If you have London market D&O experience and share our passion for Teamwork and customer service, this role could be for you This is an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial Insurance, Specialities D&O Team, based in London.

We're looking for an Underwriter with previous D&O experience and existing relationship with brokers in the London market to join a team of excellent Underwriters and Senior Underwriters. You'll be given the training and development to succeed, handling various accounts, from straightforward to more complex. You'll be responsible for developing relationship with brokers and enhancing our trading opportunities, contributing to the achievement of our Strategic Plan.

What will you be doing?

As the D&O Underwriter, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Underwriting Renewals and New Business making sure these are adhering to Zurich's guidelines.
  • Help the Team to execute and deliver our Financial Plan.
  • Develop relationship with Brokers and engage with Clients promoting Zurich's brand.
  • Manage and grow our participation in broker facilities.
  • Processing policies, endorsements and liaise with Underwriting support teams.
  • Contribute to Junior Underwriters' development and help the team as and when needed.
