  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights to maintain system security and data integrity.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries and issues.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance systems administration or a related role.
    • Experience with Sage Intacct, Yooz, Expensin, Travelperk, and Adaptive Insights preferred.
    • Experience in a multinational company with a complex finance system architecture.
    • Certification in finance systems (e.g., Sage Intacct, Adaptive Insights) is a plus.
    • Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages is an advantage.
    • Proficiency in managing ERP, accounts payable, expense management, travel, and FP&A systems.
    • Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
    • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, including advanced Excel skills.
    • Familiarity with system integration and data migration
