I am working with a large construction company in the recruiting of an Administrator to join their team.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can perform a variety of tasks in an office environment. The successful candidate for this position will provide support in general administration of the office, inputting data, collating information, as well as assisting with general accounting duties.
We require someone with:
Excellent IT skills, particularly with spreadsheets, and databases.
Ability to touch type
Experienced working knowledge of Microsoft software
Good organisational skills
Able to communicate effectively
Attention to detail
Accurate
Reliable
Able to work as a team as well as alone
Need own transport as in a rural location
There is potential for this role to be extended.
