We are looking for a children's social worker to join the Lac team.
You will working with a wide range of children from different ages and different backgrounds , you will be empathetic .
You will be acting as a corporate parent , you will be undertaking care assessments and supporting the child to make sure they have the best outcomes .
You will champion the child and support them in to adulthood and independent living.You must be SWE registered and have completed your Social work degree , you must have understanding of the children's Act and safe guarding and managing a case load.
