Are you a Senior Customer Success Manager who has a background in payments and wants to work in a start up? Are you happy to work remote?
Heavily growing payments start-up are looking to hire a Customer Success Lead, this will be the first hire for the customer success team. You will own the end to end customer success process, implementing strategy and best practice. As more merchants are on-boarded you will grow the the customer success team to help support your practice.
Your background:Must have start up experienceAble to work with international merchantsGood understanding of payments, open banking, cross boarder payments, money remittanceAble implement a customer success strategy and be hands on to executeExcellent stakeholder skillsAny additional languages is a big plus
