About the role
  • Lead post-sale engagement, retention, and growth of customers
  • Partner closely with the Account Executive to support account expansion
  • Build relationships with senior executives in various departments and evangelize success stories
  • Act as a trusted advisor on payments and commerce, educating customers on product benefits
  • Drive overall account health, including performance, optimization, renewals, and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of client-facing experience, preferably in customer success
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • History of success in managing large projects and achieving targets
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and navigate complex situations
  • Deep understanding of business and products

Office-assigned Stripes typically spend at least 50% of their time collaborating in-person. The annual salary for this role ranges from £91,800 to £137,600, subject to location. Additional compensation may include equity, bonuses, retirement plans, and health benefits.
