ABOUT YOUR ROLE
We're looking for a new team mate within our Customer Success team.

The Customer Success team enables company growth and retention, providing strong foundations to build and scale for future growth through digital, healthy conversations and business insight.

We support the acceleration and execution of key initiatives to deliver on our game plan. We have an agile mindset as team, meaning we adapt and evolve to fit the business need.

You will be the voice of our customer, using insight to guide customer-lead business decisions and providing full customer success support including:

  • Onboarding all new customers and programmes
  • Partnership reviews focused around customer improvement and growth
  • New business research
  • Administering all cases from internal and external teams
  • Ensure all records in Salesforce are accurately and proactively maintained and managed
  • Maintain an up to date knowledge providing an exceptional customer journey experience internally and externally

YOU'LL BE SUCCESSFUL WITH THESE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and to approach workload with agility
  • Analytical with high attention to detail but fastpaced and resultsdriven at the same time
  • High level of capability to understand systems and processes for accurate data input
  • Experience with MS Office and Salesforce is a plus
  • Always on approach to team engagement and commitment to Les Mills purpose, brand, values and strategies
  • Collaboration across multiple teams to ensure best possible outcomes through an agile approach
  • Embrace continuous learning to improve performance and help identify opportunities for continual improvement
  • Industry knowledge and passion for wellbeing
