Berry Recruitment is recruiting for an excellent chef to work Mondays to Wednesdays at a rehabilitation centre in Runcorn. The centre can have up to 30 residents at any one time. This role is temporary and ongoing for several months. Hours of work are 10am-6pm, with additional hours available on an adhoc basis.

Duties will include, but not be limited to

Cooking meals as per the diierary requirements of clients

-Ensuring the food is prepared in a safe and hygienic way

Ensuring the proper quality control systems in place are followed each day

The ideal candidate will have

Experience of working alone and kitchen management experience

A flexible approach to changing priorities and requests

Excellent knowledge of Food Hygiene and safety standards

An Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service, or the ability to buy one for 48
