My client is an innovative and influential entity in the beauty industry, renowned for its dedication to incubating and accelerating next-generation beauty brands. Celebrating creativity and expression through a diverse portfolio of products and brands.

Currently, they are on the lookout for a Supply Chain Coordinator to become an integral part of their vibrant team. This role is situated within the operations team and is crucial for managing logistics and maintaining relationships with an exciting database of clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with warehousing, distribution centers, and fulfillment teams to ensure operations run smoothly and deliveries to B2B clients are timely.
  • Proactively communicate with clients about delivery schedules, updates, and information to guarantee client satisfaction.
  • Utilise Excel for extensive data management, analysis, and reporting.
  • Handle customer service and logistics-related administrative tasks, ensuring documentation is accurate and issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Contribute to process improvements by analysing current practices and suggesting enhancements.
Who You Are:
  • A highly organised individual with exceptional communication skills.
  • Preferably experienced in supply chain or operations.
  • Proficient in Excel and adept at data analysis, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exeperince with Netsuite, KWI, or similar systems is desired.
  • A team-oriented individual comfortable working in a small office environment.
Further Details:
  • Hybrid role (3-days in office and 2-days from home) - Monday's in office
  • 6-month contract with potential to extend depending on business needs
