If so, we'd love to hear from you We're seeking a highly motivated Product Owner to join our client's CBP Ops & Tech Shared Services team in Northampton. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products by:
    • Championing the customer voice: Actively gather, refine, and prioritise user stories to create a clear product backlog.
    • Collaborating with stakeholders: Work closely with development teams, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the product roadmap aligns with customer needs and business objectives.
    • Agile champion: Develop and maintain a prioritised backlog utilising Agile methodologies.
    • Driving product success: Own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring it delivers value to our users.
    To be successful in this role, you will possess:
    • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
    • Experience in user story creation and prioritisation, leading to a well-defined product backlog.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
    • Ability to translate customer requirements into clear product specifications.
    • Analytical mind with a focus on data-driven decision making.
    • Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
