Kama Ayurveda is a leader of Ayurvedic Beauty in India and finally arrived in the UK a year ago, with a counter in Harrods and a dedicated store in Notting Hill.

We are looking for a talented Spa Therapist to provide treatments across both our Notting Hill and Harrods locations. Providing a range of treatments to our clients, including facials and massage, you will be fully trained in our service ritual, treatment protocols and products to ensure you are able to deliver services to the Kama Ayurveda standard.

What you'll get to do

· Deliver an exceptional Client Experience to new and existing clients through Kama treatments & services

· Achieve or exceed qualitative & quantitative targets

· Recruit new clients though Services

· Collect client data through Consultation and be able to bring back clients to POS leveraging client knowledge and bond created

· Ensure high level standards though impeccable execution of Kama services

· Inspire our clients through strong storytelling based on a deep knowledge of our Brand, its unique heritage and origins, as well as our collections and iconic products

· Collect quality client data adhering to GDPR regulation

· Ensure the implementation and luxury execution of all CRM activities

· Build long-term relationships with clients, based on continued trust and satisfaction, that will in turn generate substantial brand loyalty and sales (attract, convert, develop & retain)

· Ensure that every client that enters our boutiques/counter, whether customer or prospect, current or new, will be viewed as our most precious asset and will be treated accordingly

· Collect quantitative and qualitative data on both clients and aspirers (prospects) using our CRM tools

· Understand and implement KAMA CRM programmes

· Respect the Grooming Guidelines

· Maintain a clean and immaculate counter and facial treatment room.

· Ensure that all testers are clean and functional

· Ensure the product, tester display, and treatment trolley / drawers comply with Visual Merchandising Guidelines

· Understand and monitor the performance of individual KPIs as well as those of the counter (both qualitative and quantitative KPIs)

· Effective time-management to ensure the delivery of orders / inventories, reporting, hygiene standards, preparation of event or facial room, booking services, client follow-up
