Job Title: Behavioural Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioural Therapist to join our team at Education Matters Group. As a Behavioural Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering individualized education programs to children with autism and other related difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized education programs based on the scientific theory of Applied Behaviour Analysis (Verbal Behaviour)
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, consultants, supervisors, and therapists to achieve program goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to overcome barriers to learning and promote student achievement
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational procedures and policies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Understanding of Autism and special needs
  • Teaching or tutoring qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or 3 in a relevant field, RBT, or Psychology Qualifications)
  • Experience working with children in formal or informal settings
