Job Title: Behavioural Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioural Therapist to join our team at Education Matters Group. As a Behavioural Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering individualized education programs to children with autism and other related difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized education programs based on the scientific theory of Applied Behaviour Analysis (Verbal Behaviour)
- Work collaboratively with teachers, consultants, supervisors, and therapists to achieve program goals
- Develop and implement strategies to overcome barriers to learning and promote student achievement
- Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational procedures and policies
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
- Understanding of Autism and special needs
- Teaching or tutoring qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or 3 in a relevant field, RBT, or Psychology Qualifications)
- Experience working with children in formal or informal settings
