This is a part time opportunity working 30 hours a week on a rota basis from Monday - Sunday
Responsibilities:
Ensure cleanliness of public areasClean guest bedrooms and bathroomsVacuum rooms and corridorsChange and replenish bed linen, towels and guest amenities in line with company guidelinesUndertake regular deep cleaning tasksRestock and maintain trolley on daily basisBe environmentally awareDispose of waste accordinglyCarry out lost property proceduresManage guest requests in a timely and efficient mannerManage master keys in his/her possessionCheck public areas and toilets taking remedial action where necessaryComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislationAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationshipsRequirements:
Positive attitudeGood communication skillsCommitted to delivering a high level of customer serviceExcellent grooming standardsAbility to work on their own or in teamsIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
