This role involves collaborating with various internal teams, client teams and 3rd party vendors.. You'll also: Develop and execute project plans through collaboration with our partner clients - defining expected timelines and resource allocationTrack project progress, manage risks and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery across both NW Boxed teams and the clientAct as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation projectsCollaborate with architects and engineers to facilitate the design of client-specific integrations where formally approvedIdentify opportunities to standardise integration processes and improve efficiencyScale client integration processes to accommodate a growing client baseThe skills you'll need You'll need to have proven experience in client integration, project management or a related role You'll also need: Strong technical background with knowledge of integration technology and APIsExcellent communication and relationship building skillsProficiency in project management tools and methodologiesAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teams
