We are seeking an experienced Project Controller to manage and oversee financial aspects of our diverse portfolio of projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, budget management, and financial planning, contributing to the overall success and profitability of our projects.


Key

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor and report on project financial performance.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to project managers and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with project teams to provide financial insights and support decisionmaking.
  • Conduct cost analysis and identify potential costsaving opportunities.
  • Manage project invoicing and cash flow.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial audits and yearend accounts.
  • Provide support during project bids and tender processes.

The Successful Applicant:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Proven experience in project accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy.
