Working within a Main Dealership you be part of a busy and thriving team
Job Duties Include:
  • Assist and coordinate the follow up of customers bookings/courtesy vehicles
  • Scheduling and monitoring of repairs and servicing
  • Maintaining the customer relationship throughout the process, ensuring they are kept up to date at all times
  • Knowledge of compliance and updating with the department and business
  • Filing of compliance and records supporting the transport team
    Requirements:
  • Experience within the Aftersales and Automotive industry is advantageous
  • High expertise in Admin is essential for this role
  • Experience with systems such as Kerridge and Microsoft is a bonus Reasons to apply:
