About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Team Member to join our team at Next. As a key member of our store administration team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our store's administrative processes, including stock and cash handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily store administration tasks, including stock and cash handling
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of administrative processes to support great audit results
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers from the back and front of house
  • Identify and resolve any administrative issues or discrepancies
  • Take ownership of your own development and growth within the company

About You:

  • You are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
  • You are a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
  • You are comfortable using a PC and have basic computer skills
  • You are flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • You are committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers

What's Next:

As part of your application, you will be required to complete an online assessment. This will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment. Our in-store recruitment team will then review the successfully completed applications and contact those who match the job criteria closest to arrange an initial interview.
