CMA HR Division is currently seeking a HR Advisor for an established brand in Southampton and Bournemouth on a fixed-term contract.

In this role, you will offer Employee Relations support across the organization, assist Senior HR Business Partners, and manage caseloads effectively.

Responsibilities of the HR Advisor role include:

  • Providing expert advice to line managers and leaders on people management issues
  • Developing a performance-driven culture aligned with key behaviors and values
  • Offering guidance on investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management
  • Delivering support and guidance to managers and the People Team

Requirements for the ideal HR Advisor candidate:

  • Demonstrated expertise in employment law and HR
  • Experience in employment relations case management
  • Ability to work independently and address issues promptly and effectively
  • Confidence to challenge decisions constructively
