This position is for the Business Analyst/Process Expert (Security and Access) within the Business Process Redesign (BPR) programme to drive the implementation of the new policies, practices and standardised processes across the entire organisation as well as supporting the business during implementation of Microsoft D365.

Typical Accountabilities:
Work within Security and Access workstream to provide assistance and support to the Process Experts to drive the implementation of the BPR programme deliverables across the organisation working with business users and stakeholdersUndertake to have an excellent understanding of the D365 Security and Access system solution in order to promote within the organisationComplete project deliverables for implementing the Security and Access solution to meet agreed timelines including:Validate Security and Access solution with key business usersReview data configuration and data validationPrepare and implement user acceptance testingIdentify training requirements for business users and review training provisionEnsure maintenance of the agreed standardised processesOther ad hoc tasks as required for programme deliveryLiaise with other programme teams for developing process & system solutions and issue resolutionDevelop understanding of the Security and Access end-to-end processes and impacts within programme and the businessRequired skills & experience:University degree or equivalent qualificationGood understanding of Security and Access processesFinancial or accounting experienceUnderstanding of D365 system capabilitiesExperience in ERP/ Accounting systems (Dynamics 365)What we offer:Competitive salaryDiscretionary bonusUp to 5% matched pension contribution4x annual salary life assurance25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysEmployee discounts through EdenredEyecare VouchersCycle to work schemeUK Sharesave Scheme This is a hybrid role with expectation of working in the Kidlington office 2-3 days per week Essentra plc is a FTSE 250 company and a leading global provider of essential components and solutions, focusing on the manufacture and distribution of plastic injection moulded, vinyl dip moulded and metal items.
