This position is for the Business Analyst/Process Expert (Security and Access) within the Business Process Redesign (BPR) programme to drive the implementation of the new policies, practices and standardised processes across the entire organisation as well as supporting the business during implementation of Microsoft D365.

Typical Accountabilities:

  • Work within Security and Access workstream to provide assistance and support to the Process Experts to drive the implementation of the BPR programme deliverables across the organisation working with business users and stakeholders
  • Undertake to have an excellent understanding of the D365 Security and Access system solution in order to promote within the organisation
  • Complete project deliverables for implementing the Security and Access solution to meet agreed timelines including:
  • Validate Security and Access solution with key business users
  • Review data configuration and data validation
  • Prepare and implement user acceptance testing
  • Identify training requirements for business users and review training provision
  • Ensure maintenance of the agreed standardised processes
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required for programme delivery
  • Liaise with other programme teams for developing process & system solutions and issue resolution
  • Develop understanding of the Security and Access end-to-end processes and impacts within programme and the business


Required skills & experience:

  • University degree or equivalent qualification
  • Good understanding of Security and Access processes
  • Financial or accounting experience
  • Understanding of D365 system capabilities
  • Experience in ERP/ Accounting systems (Dynamics 365)

This is a hybrid role with expectation of working in the Kidlington office 2-3 days per week
