You will also be responsible for risk management, coordinating control processes, overseeing Business Continuity Planning (BCP) for the HR function, and managing HR risk metrics and reporting processes. In this role, you will support the Head of HR by preparing and gathering information for presentations and Board reports, managing dashboards, and assisting with Balanced Scorecard reporting. Additionally, you will monitor and deliver the People Plan in alignment with business objectives and contribute to the strategic planning and implementation of the HR function. Responsibilities include managing the HR budget, acting as a delegate in forums and committees, and developing agendas, briefing papers, and guidance for internal and external meetings for the Head of HR. You will also oversee Business Continuity Planning (BCP) for HR, manage HR risk metrics and reporting, and oversee and manage various HR projects. This role involves drafting and reviewing communications, supporting the Head of HR and the wider team with business change initiatives.

Skills & Experience

You must have gained the above Business Manager experience within Banking or within the wider Financial Services sectorExperience in HREducated to degree level or equivalentUnderstanding of FCA rules and regulationsStrong understanding of Risk & ControlBudget managementMust have experience of writing management reports and presentations at senior levelFinancial analytics and reporting skills, with the ability to present data and insightsStrong communication and influencing skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
