Aspire People is currently recruiting School Office Managers to support schools in the upcoming academic year. Candidates must have a valid DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one in order to work in schools. Both part-time and full-time hours are available for this role.

Duties:
  • Responsible for administrative and financial tasks within the school
  • Knowledge of child protection procedures
  • Contribute to the well-being of students
  • Familiarity with school systems such as SIMS and Arbor
  • Experience with school finance systems
  • Background in education or strong office management
  • Familiarity with fire drill procedures
  • Assist with financial administration and budget planning
  • Participate in training and development activities as required
