New Business Development Manager / IT Field Sales Executive who has experience selling Software or Hardware, prospecting / lead generation, presenting solutions, negotiating and closing sales within a B2B environment is required for a well-established company.

The company is ideally seeking candidates with an IT sales background in a Supply Chain environment. However, they will consider candidates with a successful sales record in other industries.

SALARY: £75,000 OTE (includes a basic salary up to £55,000 per annum) + Benefits

LOCATION: Remote

This job will also involve UK and International Travel

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a New Business Development Manager / IT Field Sales Executive who has experience selling Software or Hardware, prospecting / lead generation, presenting solutions, negotiating and closing sales within a B2B environment.

Working as the New Business Development Manager / IT Field Sales Executive you will help grow the Software Product customer base by finding and managing new customer sales.

As a successful candidate you will strategically enhance this line of business and will be instrumental to its future success.

The company's industry leading SAP Certified software has been designed to help global businesses solve their supply chain challenges and is now used by large enterprise brands all over the world, therefore the ability and desire for business expensed travel is a must.

To help you be successful as the New Business Development Manager / IT Field Sales Executive the company provide an environment where Business Development Managers are not micromanaged, have autonomy and are supported by marketing and internal lead generation. In addition to this, their senior sales management are on-hand for on-going mentoring and support.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

As the New Business Development Manager / IT Field Sales Executive you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Ideally, the company is looking for someone with experience selling software or hardware within the Supply Chain, however they're open to people with successful sales records within other industries
  • Experience in selling IT, Software, SaaS, WMS, ERP, SAP, CRM or similar software products or services into Supply Chain / Warehouse / Manufacturing environments would be advantageous
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to identify potential customers, generate sales leads and manage a sales pipeline and customers through to successful new customer onboarding
  • Good ability to build lasting relationships, influence and negotiate with senior customer stakeholders
