About the Role:

The Management Accountant role involves overseeing the management accounting function, budgeting and forecasting of our various hubs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, extensive experience in financial management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all aspects of the Hub's Financial Management
  • Process and arrange payment of supplier invoices
  • Prepare Management accounts and monthly performance reports
  • Prepare cashflow forecasts
  • Liaise with suppliers and set up standing order/direct debit payments
  • Undertake all credit management tasks
  • Prepare and submit quarterly VAT return
  • Raise invoices for clients
  • Prepare annual client statements for monthly payments
  • Setup and monitor direct debits to accurately reflect fee increases
  • Update/reconcile client fees list to reflect new/ lost clients and fee increases
  • Update databases and software as required
  • Perform related admin tasks and provide support as needed
  • Support the Hub Director and Hub Financial Controller as required

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in Statutory accounts
  • Experience in a similar role, with accounting qualifications AAT/ACA/ACCA
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • Proficient Excel user.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Experience using Xero desirable.
