TheOperational Excellence Manager will lead the execution of our SSC Finance Operations excellence tasks across hubs. This role will spearhead the continuous improvement of our operational processes to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our business and our customers. This role would work closely with the Global SSC Service Manager, Head of Global Finance Shared Service, Global Delivery Leads, Subject Matter Experts and the Global Process Owners for delivery of targets against the strategic objectives.

Objective of this Role: The Operational Excellence Manager plays a significant role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of an organizations processes. By employing a systematic approach, this position focuses on the continuous improvement of operations to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business and its customers. Through the analysis of performance data, identification of inefficiencies, and the implementation of strategic solutions, the Operational Excellence Manager supports the organization in achieving its goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate process improvements to ensure the timely delivery of our services to our Finance SSC across Hubs and its customers.Develop and implement operational excellence strategies and roadmaps in alignment with Finance SSC organizational goals.Collaborate with Finance SSC Global operations teams to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, proposing innovative solutions to address these issues.Design and execute training programs for our Finance SSC Global teams and partners at all levels on operational excellence principles, tools, and techniques to build an organizational culture of continuous improvement.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress and impact of operational excellence initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary.Facilitate the adoption of best practices in project management and process optimization across the organization, ensuring consistency and standardization where appropriate.Oversee the documentation and updating of processes and procedures to ensure they reflect current best practices and compliance with regulatory requirements.Research and implement new technologies or methodologies that can further enhance operational efficiency, staying ahead of industry trends and competitive benchmarks.Should be able to mentor and train our Finance SSC Global Operations teams on the right processes they need to follow to achieve good Customer experience

Skills & Experience

Minimum 6-10 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Project Management and Customer Relationship Management
Desired Technical Skills:
Experience of improving processes using appropriate technology and of owning roll outsRespect every individual in the process life cycle, lead with humility and seek perfection.Embrace scientific thinking.Assure quality at the source.Make sure flow and pull value is followed for creating value to customer.Be good problem solver with exceptional analytical skillMS Office - Advanced working knowledge of word, excel and PPT and working knowledge in any of Project Management will be desirable
