Exciting Opportunity for Practice Manager at Redwood House Surgery
Redwood House Surgery is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead our team's operational and business development efforts. We are looking for someone with a strong background in Healthcare Operations, Business Strategy, and Leadership Development, as well as excellent Communication and Collaboration skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure Compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Develop and Implement operational efficiency improvements
- Train and Develop staff for multi-skilled roles
- Lead and Motivate staff to achieve business objectives
- Manage Patient Communications and resolve complaints
- Support New Initiatives and business developments
- Maximize Patient Outcomes and quality of care
- Oversee Recruitment and human resources functions
- Maintain Policies and practice administration
- Coordinate Staff Schedules and holiday requests
- Maintain a Safe and Healthy Work Environment
- Support Partners and Management in achieving business objectives

Essential:
- Proven Experience in healthcare operations and business development
- Excellent Leadership and communication skills
- Strong IT Skills and knowledge of healthcare software

- Experience with CQC Inspections
- Experience in Working with Primary Care Networks
