THE TEAM Our client is a market leader with a rapidly expanding in-house legal team. This in-house legal team advises and supports the global business in relation to legal, commercial, compliance and reputational risks.


THE ROLE You will work closely with a small group of lawyers, collaborating with colleagues within the broader regulatory team.

Your role will involve you reviewing a variety of client-facing commercial contracts and providing risk-sensitive advice that aligns with local regulatory and cultural needs.

You will collaborate with the business' stakeholders to negotiate terms, including direct client negotiations, and contribute to the administration of a global compliance policy to manage client contract risk.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE We are seeking a qualified lawyer with at least 2 years' PQE and a solid background in commercial contracts, whether from an in-house or a law firm setting.

Experience in risk and compliance would be beneficial but is not essential.

Candidates can be based in any of the business's offices in Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, or London, with the benefit of hybrid working options.
