Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support teachers in delivering high-quality education and provide personalized assistance to students to help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and preparation
  • Support students individually or in small groups to enhance their learning
  • Help manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment
  • Assist with the organization of classroom materials and resources
  • Participate in school activities and events
  • Provide support for students with special educational needs (SEN)
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
  • A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning) is desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of child development and educational practices
  • DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check will be required
