Can you help a growing international business to outline their legal function over the next 3-5 years?

Exciting project opportunity with a fast-growing medical technology organisation - opportunity to work closely with the CEO to build a proactive legal function and to make recommendations about the shape of that function in the future:

Success looks like:

  • Providing a clear view for the group as to how legal structures across an international business divisional v group responsibilities;
  • Create processes and templates for future commercial activity;
  • Advise on how to resource and recruit;
  • Consider and advise on the effects on AI on a growing technology focused life sciences organisation.

You:

  • Senior inhouse lawyer with experience of forming legal functions or processes for a growing business;
  • Ideally experience gained in a pharma / life sciences, retail or B2C environment;
  • Experience dealing with the NHS is useful but not necessary;
  • A desire to lead by purpose in a business created to help collaborative and dynamic;
  • Desire to contribute to wider commercial and strategic goals.


This role can be full or part time (3/4 days) and requires some time in London and the South - I would encourage any senior lawyer looking for a truly strategic and challenging project to get in touch.
