We're looking for a professional to join our Equities Execution Client Ops team in London. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to use their skills to partner with Sales and Trading to facilitate the growth of the Execution Business and to service our clients. OUR IMPACT Equities Execution Client Ops within Securities Division Operations, facilitates the allocation, confirmation, and matching of cash equity trades with clients ranging from global asset managers to private banks. Middle office initiatives are focused on increasing STP to drive scale across the Securities business; with an emphasis on also improving the client experience through quick and accurate trade confirmation. This is to be achieved in part by a multi-year system and flow convergence program, as well as consolidating functions across Operations to form a broader Equity middle office. HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIALThe role will give you an opportunity to work in one of the fastest growing team in Operations. The individual will be expected to:work closely with global teams and our clients to proactively manage risk, and challenge existing business processes on a day to day basis. This will include understanding and meeting the evolving expectations of key clients of the firm, and driving and following through on any efficiency initiatives to implementation. work in partnership with our client and sales traders to ensure that trades are allocated, confirmed, and processed in a timely manner in order to safeguard the firm's capital and reputation but also to meet the client SLAs. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FORExcellent client service skills with experience gained within a fast paced Client Service/ Operational roleStrong Team-working skills - for working with both internal departments in London and globallyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive under pressureAbility to work in dynamic environment, proven history of being able to react to changing prioritiesProduct knowledge - ideally of cash and or equities deriv productsTrack record in the development of client relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
