The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Supervisor to join our team at Calvin Klein Clarks Village. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring seamless store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
  • Manage the efficient running of the shop floor, including visual merchandising and store maintenance
  • Support the management team in managing personnel, product, and merchandising functions
  • Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff meetings
  • Communicate marketing and sales promotions to staff and customers
  • Drive sales growth and exceed store targets through motivating the team
  • Foster a positive store experience by treating all customers and colleagues fairly and consistently
  • Support the team in delivering business strategy and ensuring consistent training on product knowledge and store maintenance
  • Achieve company standards for personal sales results
  • Perform manager-on-duty functions and manage store opening/closing functions

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory or specialist experience in a premium or luxury brand
  • Proven people management skills with the ability to resolve conflict and disagreements
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills
  • Team player with a focus on celebrating individual contributions and achievements
  • Confident in giving feedback that promotes positive behavioral change
  • Adaptable and able to work with pace in a fast-changing environment
  • Energetic and authentic presence on the shop floor
  • Approach issues with a 'can-do' attitude and find in-store solutions
