The Sea Logistics Implementation Manager plays a crucial role within the Operational Care team (OCC). They collaborate closely with the International Supply Chain (ISC) team, Customer Care Locations (CCL), and Account Owners to define and implement tailored solutions for customers. Specifically, their responsibility lies in ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding or reengineering process for strategic and complex Sea Logistics clients. Your Responsibilities
- Ensuring thorough onboarding, including a hypercare phase for process integration;
- Successfully transitioning new or re-engineered high-profile opportunities into profitable business ventures;
- Conduction kick-off meetings and capturing project scope in the Project Charter;
- Creating, validating and distributing implementation project documentation;
- Ensuring alignment between internal and external project team members;
- Managing resources and tasks to achieve milestones and deliverables;
- Identifying and managing risks and issues throughout the project;
- Working collaboratively with other business units and subject matter experts to meet customer requirements;
- Ensuring optimal setup in operational systems before go-live;
- Taking care of health, safety and well-being;
- Cooperating with safety measures;
- Contributing ideas for continuous improvement in quality, safety, well-being, environment and security.

Your Skills and Experiences- Strong Sea Logistics experience;
- Excellent knowledge of operational Sea Logistics systems and processes;
- Project Management experience;
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Excellent written and verbal skills;
- Good team player;
- Full driver's license with flexibility to travel nationally and overseas;
- Customer and solution-oriented mindset;
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to set priorities and fulfil critical tasks in accordance with deadlines.
