Seeking a Talented Software Engineer for Medical Devices in Cambridge


Our client, an innovative medical device company located in Cambridge, is seeking to hire a skilled software engineer on contract basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience with C#, C++ and regulatory compliance within the industry.

Skills Required:
C# Development Expertise

  • Strong programming skills using C#
  • Ability to develop efficient code that meets project requirements
Medical Device Experience

  • Proven track record working as a software engineer developing medical devices
  • Knowledgeable about safety considerations surrounding medical equipment
Regulatory Compliance Proficiency

  • Understanding of international standards such ISO 13485 or IEC 62304

Qualifications Desired:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Designing, implementing and testing real-time embedded systems.
  • Developing high-quality documentation including design documents, test protocols, specifications etc.
  • Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
