This position will be joining our busy Linlithgow laboratory as an Data Entry Administrator in a fixed term one year contract. This is a full time role working 40 hours a week - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.

The purpose of this role is to be responsible for ensuring that our customer information is accurate and up to date within our systems. The main duties will include:

  • Enter information and data for Customer testing requirements.
  • Compile, and verify accurate information according to priorities.
  • Review data for deficiencies, errors or duplication and amends accordingly.
  • Generate reports as and when required.
  • Deal with any queries that may arise in relation to data entry.
  • Comply with data integrity and company security policies.
  • Perform bac up of information to ensure no data loss.
  • Comply with GDPR in relation to customer and company information.

Qualifications

  • Experience with MS Office and data programmes.
  • Attention to detail
  • Organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure
