**Job Description**:
**Please note, this is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.**

**Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am-5:30pm.**

The purpose of the role is to be responsible for ensuring that our customer information is accurate and up to date within our systems.
- Enter suites and types for Customer testing requirements.
- Compiles, and verifies accurate information according to priorities.
- Reviews data for deficiencies or errors and amends accordingly
- Regularly reviews files to eliminate duplication of data.
- Generates reports as and when required.
- Deals with any queries that may arise in relation to data entry.
- Complies with data integrity and company security policies.
- Performs bac up of information.
- Complies with GDPR in relation to customer and company information.

**Qualifications**:

- Computer literate, confident with Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail
- Organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
