Private Client department at this Reading law firm is looking to recruit 2 Private Client (Wills Tax Trusts) lawyers – one of 0 to 2 years' PQE and the other of 3 or more years' PQE.

The Private Wealth team provide advice on UK and international tax and estate planning, trusts and trust administration, landed estates and immigration.

They also work closely with colleagues in other departments to provide assistance to individuals with matters related to residential property, employment, business affairs and family law.

The successful candidates will handle handling a mixed and varied workload with a high quality client base. Specific Responsibilities include tax, trusts and estate planning work for private clients and professional and corporate trustees.

The work includes advice on wills, trusts and EPAs, LPAs, tax planning (both UK and International), provision of trust administration services, probate and the administration of estates.


You will also play an active role in promoting the services of the firm and participate in marketing events and business development activities, to include writing articles for the firm's newsletters and for appropriate external journals, as required.

Qualified candidates will currently specialise in Private Client law and newly-qualified candidates will have undertaken a seat in Private Client law.
