Job Summary:
Planet Pharma have collaborated with a global Biopharmaceutical company who are currently seeking experienced BI analysts with experience in customer support to assist with problem solving and supporting the end user in optimising use of the systems/solutions to enable effectiveness and efficiency in their business area. Applying due diligence in follow-up of implemented solutions to ensure they meet customer quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Updating the monthly sales and activity reports from sponsors, ex-factory, Qlik and Board data sources.
- Liaising with the data providers and managing the local content of audit sales data.
- Handle ad hoc data requests and data queries from the commercial teams.
- Help to improve current analysis, reports, and dashboards.
- Develop further analysis/dashboards using available BI tools, (QlikSense, Board, excel)
- Maintaining the Territory alignments and implementing required geographic structure changes.
- Calculating Sales Incentive Schemes to standard and timelines required.
- Producing required analytics such as effort vs results and market analysis.
- Managing targeting and segmentation for the assigned countries.
Requirements:
- Understanding of CRM systems
- Knowledge of BI tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI, etc)
- Experience of using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Tools such as Synapse
- Excel expert (very high level), PowerPoint high level.
- Accurate and strong analytical work with experience of working with data and databases.
- Spoken and written languages including excellent English and Arabic (For target countries)
