About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst / Customer Support Manager to join our team in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Israel. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing business intelligence and customer support to our allocated affiliates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and optimization of CRM, Veeva Promo-Mats, Qlik Sense, Board, and Sales and Activity reporting & dashboards.
  • Provide problem-solving and end-user support to ensure effective use of systems and solutions.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Country Managers, Sales & Marketing operations, and market access teams.
  • Collaborate with external providers of BI and CRM systems.
Requirements
  • University degree in Science, Business, or Computing.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of CRM systems and BI tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI, etc.).
  • Experience with ETL tools (Extract, Transform, Load) such as Synapse.
  • Experience in the pharma industry.
