If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong organisational and communication skills this is the perfect temp to perm role for youKey Responsibilities Blended contact centre roleSales through serviceHandle a large volume of telephone and email enquiriesDealing with inbound bookingsAppointment BookingSchedule Sales appointments efficiently for both inbound and outbound enquiries,Ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team.Arranging renewals with existing customersMaximise all opportunities to sellLive Chat Management: Proactively engage with customers via live chat,Responding to sales enquiries with speed accuracy and professionalism.Conduct Follow up calls and communications to ensure customer satisfaction post sale. £12.24 an hour plus bonus (£25,467, OTE £35,000) Shifts are working 8.00am-5.00pm and 9.00am-6.00pm on a rotational basis and 1 in 5 Saturdays 9am-1.00pm (40 hours a week) Start dates Monday 1st December 2025 and Monday 8th December 2025 The IndividualPrevious experience in customer service ideally within a contact centre environment.Excellent communications Skills – verbal and written.Customer first approach.Motivation and desire to succeedExcellent sales skills – objection handling with the ability to work to targetsPC literateProblem solving abilitiesThe drive to build customer rapportAbility to handle pressure working in a busy call centre environment.Results-oriented with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Experience handling objections and turning dissatisfied customers into loyal onesEmpatheticPersuasive and results driven,Conflict resolution/negotiation,Attention to detail.Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team Working with Certain AdvantageWe go the extra mile to find the best people for the job.
