About the Role
The company is looking to add another talented administrator to their expanding team. This varied role will report into the Chief Operating Officer and provide a wide range of support to the sales and marketing team, as well as other members of the senior management team.
Typical tasks would include: helping pull together information for sales presentations, assisting with the organisation of internal staff events; logistical arrangements for meetings and trade shows; sales order administration; diary management and scheduling interviews for recruitment processes, preparing and distributing agendas for meetings; helping to prepare new processes, procedures and policies etc
The ideal candidate will have
- Excellent organisational skills - methodical, and conscientious
- A genuine pride and enjoyment in completing administrative tasks to a high standard
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong IT literacy, with good knowledge of MS Office 365 Suite
- Ability to prioritise and balance competing demands
- Passionate and energetic
- Experience working on multiple simultaneous projects
- Self-reliant, confident, decisive, able to use own initiative
- Located in or near Bournemouth / Poole in Dorset, as you will need to work from the office 2 or 3 days per week.
