Reward

  • Develop, review, and implement a comprehensive Reward strategy that includes salary, bonuses, benefits, and recognition programs.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment of the Reward strategy with the organization’s business goals and cultural values.
  • Take the lead in managing the annual salary review and bonus distribution processes to guarantee fairness and consistency.
  • Perform benchmarking analysis utilizing the Willis Towers Watson Compensation Platform, offering informed recommendations derived from the findings.
  • Supervise the management of employee benefits, pension plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Spearhead the communication of Reward policies and programs to promote clarity and transparency throughout the Firm.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current Reward initiatives and propose enhancements as necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant legislation and best practices in Reward management.
  • Manage and develop a small team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Collaborate with the payroll department and the Inclusion and Diversity team to compile the annual Gender & Ethnicity Pay Gap report, reinforcing our commitment to equitable reward practices.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders and third-party vendors.


Systems

  • Lead the strategy development and implementation of HRIS and people analytics initiatives that complement the firm’s objectives and HR operational needs.
  • Enhance and manage HR systems to ensure optimal performance and an improved user experience.
  • Direct the rollout and integration of significant HRIS projects, including new performance management systems, people analytics tools, and workflow solutions.
  • Work in conjunction with HR and IT departments to achieve seamless integration of HRIS with other organizational systems and platforms.


People Analytics

  • Create and deliver insightful reports and dashboards that provide valuable insights into workforce metrics, aiding in strategic decision-making.
  • Supervise the preparation of regular reports and well-structured presentations to communicate findings and trends to senior leadership.
  • Promote process improvements and automation to advance the HRIS ecosystem and enhance its capabilities.
  • Maintain rigorous data protection standards and handle sensitive information with care.
  • Foster data literacy and competencies across the HR team by providing necessary support.
