Integrated Program Manager

The Integrated Program Manager is vital to the successful delivery of Client development and manufacturing programs that are integrated across multiple Piramal sites. The Integrated Program Manager is responsible for ensuring overall program goals and milestones are met by coordinating site-based teams and integrating project level outputs to provide the Client with a seamless product supply for their patients.
Role
- Oversee the delivery of intricate client programs across various manufacturing and development sites.
- Collaborate closely with site-based Project Managers, ensuring the integration of project outputs.
- Manage integrated project schedules and direct activities between subject matter experts across multiple locations.
- Facilitate Joint Steering Committee meetings, focusing on client requirements and program objectives.
- Support financial analysis, budgeting, and risk mitigation efforts through effective project oversight.
- Mentor and coach project managers, fostering their professional development within the organization.
- Act as the primary contact for program escalations and stakeholder alignment.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a B.S. in a science or engineering discipline.
- At least 6 years of project management experience, with a total of 8 years in the pharmaceutical industry—CDMO experience is especially desirable.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional, multi-site teams within a matrix-based organization.
- Solid understanding of cGMP guidelines and familiarity with other regulatory standards.
- Proficient in project management processes and software, alongside financial analysis skills.
