Our client is one of the UK’s leading Information Technology companies, providing industry leading solutions focused on achieving greater utilisation, maintenance and optimisation of their clients technology and operational environment.


They are currently looking to attract an experienced HR Business Partner with a hands-on approach to providing HR and Recruitment operational support for over 200 colleagues across the UK.


The successful candidate will work closely with the senior leadership team and provide guidance and support to line managers on employee relations issues, ensuring best practice and employment law is adhered to at all times.


Along with providing a full 360 HR service, you will also assume responsibility for recruiting and on-boarding top talent and supporting the management team with performance management, including goal setting, performance evaluation and implementing personal development plans.


As this is a people-orientated, high-performance organisation, the position will likely suit an HR professional who is used to working at pace and who has extensive experience gained in a top performing business-to-business sales environment, and who possesses the following skills, experience and personal attributes:


  • CIPD qualified with a minimum of 3 years experience in HR and recruitment experience, ideally gained within a high-performing technology sales environment
  • Skilled at working with a mix of stakeholders within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Employee Relations and Employment law knowledge
  • Approachable and collaborative with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a dynamic workload effectively
  • Flexible to travel across our UK sites when required
