Key Responsibilities:


  • Conducting thorough technical SEO audits for Shopify websites, pinpointing and resolving issues affecting search engine performance.
  • Fine-tuning and optimizing Shopify store structures, meta tags, schema markup, and other on-page elements to bolster SEO efficacy.
  • Close collaboration with Shopify developers to seamlessly integrate technical SEO enhancements while ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Monitoring and analyzing Shopify store performance through SEO tools and Shopify analytics, staying ahead of updates, trends, and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Optimization of Shopify stores across mobile and desktop platforms, with a focus on enhancing page speed and user experience.
  • Offering strategic insights on content optimization, encompassing product descriptions, collections, and blog content.
  • Carrying out bespoke keyword research tailored to individual clients and industries.
  • Crafting insightful reports on SEO performance, spotlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
  • Collaborating closely with the content team to embed SEO best practices within product listings and other content.


Requirements:


  • Ideally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in an agency environment.
  • Proficiency in utilizing a suite of technical SEO tools including but not limited to Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMRush, and Sistrix.
  • Proven ability and experience in leading the technical SEO aspect of client calls and monthly performance updates.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering organic search success for clients, evidenced by increases in traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and revenue.
