Role Overview: Account Development Manager

They are seeking an experienced Account Development Manager to join the team, with a focus on cross-selling and upselling our Revenues & Benefits SaaS solutions to local government customers. This flexible software is designed to keep public services running smoothly, whatever the circumstances.


Key Responsibilities

The Account Development Manager will drive new business growth by:

  • Expanding and managing an existing client base, identifying new opportunities.
  • Crafting high-quality proposals that compellingly present the solutions to potential clients.
  • Coordinating personal sales efforts with marketing activities, including product launches, campaigns, and events.
  • Managing the sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly revenue goals.
  • Structuring well-balanced payment terms to optimize revenue recognition.
  • Contributing to the Product Roadmap by identifying client needs and trends to guide future offerings.


Candidate Requirements

We’re looking for someone with proven experience in selling SaaS solutions, within local government or similar public sector environments. Familiarity with Revenues & Benefits solutions is a plus.
