an affordable price. Project Manager for Almond Estates' growing pipeline of developments, both residential and
commercial projects. The project manager's role is to manage the project day-to-day, programming, and cost. Must be competent in managing the six aspects of a project, i.e. scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality and resources.
Previous experience in the project management of high-end property development is absolutely essential. Please provide references in your application of previous developments in which you have acted as Project Manager. Applicants unable to provide evidence of minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Manager directly within the construction and property development industry will not be considered.
This position is not a hybrid/WFH role and you will be required to be based in our Chorley office, Monday-Friday, or out on our sites in North West area: Preston, Chorley, Leyland, Wigan and surrounding area.

- A good understanding of the building process.
- Ability to plan ahead of time and plan backwards.
- Ability to cope under pressure and very solution orientated

- High standards and expectations
- Excellent computer skills, Word & Excel and good knowledge of Google one drive.
