Responsibilities:
Client Consultations: Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their coaching needs, goals, and challenges.
Customized Coaching Plans: Develop tailored coaching plans that align with each client's unique leadership style and objectives.
Coaching Sessions: Provide regular coaching sessions via video calls, phone, or other remote communication tools, focusing on leadership development, strategic thinking, decision-making, and other executive competencies.
Methodologies & Tools: Utilize a variety of coaching methodologies and tools to facilitate client growth and development.
Support & Accountability: Offer ongoing support, feedback, and accountability to help clients stay on track with their goals.
Progress Tracking: Track and measure clients' progress, adjusting coaching strategies as needed to ensure effective outcomes.
Confidentiality: Maintain confidential client records and document coaching sessions and progress.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest trends, research, and best practices in executive coaching and leadership development.
Marketing: Market your coaching services to attract new clients and expand your coaching practice.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Coach, Leadership Coach, or in a similar coaching role.
Certifications: Relevant certifications from recognized coaching institutions (e.g., ICF, EMCC) are highly preferred.
Expertise: Strong understanding of leadership development, organizational behavior, and executive competencies.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with high-level clients.
Feedback & Facilitation: Demonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback and facilitate meaningful change.
Independence: Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing your own coaching practice, schedule, and client base.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using remote communication tools and coaching platforms.
Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients and coaching engagements simultaneously.
Professional Development: Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends.
