PA to Finance Director

Hays Business Support are recruiting on behalf of their fully exclusive & retained client based near Coupar Angus for a permanent PA to Finance Director job. Salary is up to £35,000 depending on experience based on 35 hours a week worked on a hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 from home). The position also comes with competitive benefits, an annual salary review and an annual discretionary bonus.
Your new role
As the PA to the Finance Director, you will collaborate with and support the FD & Finance team in all areas of the business. Your main responsibilities will include:

• To be the first point of contact for the Finance Director, managing internal and external enquiries
• Assist with the production of reports
• Proactively build and maintain positive relationships with directors, associated colleagues and external contacts
• Full diary management: due to the nature of this role, the diary can often change at the last minute
• Meeting coordination: ensuring everything is set for meetings, all attendees have their invites and all relevant documentation is sent
• Minute taking during relevant meetings
• Responsible for maintaining strict confidentiality
• Arranging and coordinating travel
• Mailbox management: ensuring the Finance Directors mailbox is managed efficiently and all important/urgent emails are responded to timeously
• Liaise directly with senior management, internal and external stakeholders and the Managing Director's office
• To manage any other administrative and PA duties for the FD

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced PA or Senior Administrator who has excellent attention to detail and good computer skills, including all Microsoft packages. You will have an ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times. You will possess strong organisational skills, be confident and professional as well as self-motivated. You will be able to work to deadlines while remaining calm.
